Suitekore products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations about the availability, reliability, or suitability of the Services for your particular use case. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Suitekore is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
Each individual user may maintain one account per Suitekore product. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Certain Suitekore products offer paid subscription plans with enhanced features and higher usage limits. Plan details, including pricing and feature limits, are published on the relevant product pricing page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Suitekore does not store your full payment card information.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Suitekore and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if Suitekore has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Suitekore's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Suitekore in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred pounds sterling (£100), whichever is greater.

Suitekore does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the Services will meet your specific requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
