1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any Suitekore product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the services for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Services

Suitekore provides focused web-based software tools for business operations, including invoice management, practical browser utilities, client records, building records, and recurring billing workflows.

Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Payments and Billing

Some Suitekore products offer paid subscriptions. Pricing and plan limits are shown on the relevant product pricing page.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Suitekore does not store full payment card details. Subscriptions are billed in advance and can be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for unlawful purposes.
• Upload or transmit illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or infrastructure without permission.
• Use the services to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the services.
• Use bots or scrapers without prior written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the services without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property and Your Data

Suitekore owns the services, including their content, features, functionality, and design elements. You retain ownership of the data you upload, create, or store within the services.

By using the services, you grant Suitekore a limited license to use your data only as needed to provide and improve the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suitekore and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.

Suitekore's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to Suitekore in the twelve months before the claim, or GBP 100, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Account deletion may be subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Third-Party Services

Suitekore products may integrate with third-party services, including:

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
